DAY TWO Windhoek to Sossusvlei
Sossusvlei Dunes
Depart after breakfast by road to Sossusvlei in the heart of the Namib desert. The Namib is one of the oldest deserts in the world and home to unique fauna and flora. Afternoon nature drive.

DAY THREE Sossusvlei
Sossusvlei's dried out pans
Depart before sunrise to the dune area of Sossusvlei, a dried out clay basin, surrounded by some of the highest dunes in the world. The pan fills with water in the rainy season attracting birds, oryx, springbok and ostrich.

DAY FOUR Sossusvlei to Swakopmund
Swakopmund's Schutztruppe Barracks
Depart after breakfast for Swakopmund, Namibia's most popular coastal resort. Afternoon at leisure for relaxation on the beach or a self guided walking tour of the town with its many turn of the century buildings depicting Swakopmund's German colonial past.

Giant Welwitschia Mirabilis Plant
